RETURNS POLICY
All of our items go through vigorous quality checks before being sent to you. Please inspect your items upon receipt of your delivery and notify us immediately if there is anything wrong.
In the unlikely event that one of our products is faulty then please send us an email at contact@cardiaclothing.com within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can provide more information on how to return your item.
Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached (if your item had tags when you received it). As part of our sustainability efforts, we are removing the tags from all new products ordered via our online store so don't be alarmed if you receive an item with no tags on.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that returns arrive back to our handling address. We strongly advise that customers ensure parcels are returned to us tracked and signed. Please note that not doing so is entirely at the customers risk and may result in us not being able to provide a refund.
For any returns, please ensure you contact us first so that we can provide further information and details. Do not return the items to the sender address as this will result in us being unable to provide a refund.
