In the unlikely event that we deliver you a faulty product or you decide that you would like to return your item then you have 14 days to send the the item back for a refund or exchange.

Items must be returned to us in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their original tags attached with packaging (if applicable).

*Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer will have to cover the cost of return shipping to the UK.

We reserve the right to refuse your refund or exchange if the items are not sent back to us in their original condition.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to make amends or changes to your order once you've hit the "place order" button, this includes the following:

- Changing the item or size
- Delivery and/or billing address
- Adding items to your order
- Altering your shipping method

If you have made an incorrect order, please email us contact@cardiaclothing.com as soon as possible for assistance.

Some of our items are very popular and therefore only available on pre-order. Currently we aim to deliver pre-orders within five weeks of placing your order. If a product is sold out, please keep an eye out as it will be back in stock very soon!

Sometimes our products are manufactured in different places and may arrive separately. If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, please email us at contact@cardiaclothing.com

The cost of delivery depends on your location but is typically between £2.95 - £7.95 and is fulfilled and tracked by DHL or FedEx.

Typical delivery times are below (please note that these are just estimates and not guaranteed):

UK: 5-10 working days

US & Canada 7-12 working days

Europe: 5-12 working days

Rest of World: 10-20 working days

*Please also note that there is an additional 1-2 days processing time to the delivery estimate.
